Train with the Founder and Chief Instructor of the Legion Training System. The Legion Training System is different than virtually any training system available. It is designed to facilitate an elite level of fitness in the shortest amount of time possible by combining functional fitness training with custom nutrition programs.

The system utilizes body-weight exercise techniques, running, sprinting, rucking (with pack and kit), pushing, pulling and using the natural environment. For extra resistance, we utilize Demonbells.

Typical trainees that work directly with the Chief Instructor are:

- Active Duty, recruits and retired Military/para-military and Law Enforcement (including Federal) personnel.

- Active Duty Military, para-military and Law Enforcement (including Federal) personnel that desire to qualify for Special Operations units and need to increase their fitness to do so.

- Military, para-military and Law Enforcement (including Federal) recruits that need to increase their fitness in order to qualify to serve.

- Professional and semi-professional athletes that need to increase their level of fitness.

- Professional actors and performers that need to increase their level of fitness to an elite level. Being fit means looking fit.

- Private individuals that have made the decision to change their lives and reach for the highest level of fitness they can achieve.
